HF-PCL200 paper lid machine
This machine is new updated model based on HF-PCL100, it can produce flat paper lid with only 1pc paper roll, machine accepts load paper roll, and punching through the mold, make different design shape on the top of lids, successful rate is higher and operation system is simple. It mainly used for producing large size paper bowl lid, bowl top OD from 140mm to 200mm.
Characteristics：
1. Automatic paper roll feeding function, it can form into paper cup lid in one-time processing.
2. The punching molds can be designed according with the cup/bowl size.
3. Special cut shape can be designed on the top of lid, crossing, round role, triangle, sip, flat, etc.
4. Smart interactive interface by touch screen, can monitor the actual production condition online.
5. Machine equipped with conveyor, it can automatically count and collect the final paper lid.
